For more than thirty-five years, we have been working with public administrations, businesses, third sector entities and local communities to promote <\/span><b>quality of life, innovation and social cohesion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through <\/span><b>participatory and cooperative methodologies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. We carry out training, consulting, supervision and action-research in the fields of <\/span><b>organizational development<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>community welfare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Training<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: we build training paths aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of individuals, groups and organizations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Consulting and supervision<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: we support teams and working groups in improving their operational action<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Action-research<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: we build knowledge-action pathways with the direct engagement of the involved stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pathways are tailored based on a careful <\/span><b>analysis of training needs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
